Rider Falsifying Parcel Status - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

This happened many times. Riders tagging "Customer unavailable" or "Customer Refused Package". The most recent was for tracking # 900035191673. Rider: Retser Anastacio. According to J&T customer service, the rider provided a document stating that I texted him saying to just cancel the order. Well guess what? I DID NOT TEXT THE RIDER THAT I WANT TO CANCEL MY PACKAGE. Screenshot can be edited so why not check his inbox to see if there's a text from me saying such lie. SO RUDE! SO UNPROSEFFIONAL! I won't be this disappointed if I sent that message. DO you see my point? I can't wait until all the sellers realize that J&T is rubbish and opt for different courier. Been talking to them about this rude behavior of J&T rider and how it can affect their business.
