R3000 voucher for upgrade not received - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Elite Mobile contacted me and offered me a R3000 voucher if I upgraded my contract. The voucher would be issued as soon as I had made my second payment.

I am about to make my 4th payment and the I have still not received the voucher.

What bothers me the most is the total lack of customer service from Vodacom/Elite Mobile . I have made numerous call to both companies and have had plenty of promises and due dates for the voucher to be issued come and go.

Please find below Vodacom's last promise for me to receive the voucher on the 20th of APRIL 2021....i STII HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT.

Kindly be advised that the query was forwarded to the relevant department and based on the findings, feedback received is that the account holder will received the voucher notification via sms later today.
