Disgusting service - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeVodacom has changed my number from pre paid to contract to a different company, when i eventually got my number reverted back to them on prepaid . I was informed that my number has been deleted. The agent or consultant informed me to go to a store when i informed him that i cant as im in quarantine and i asked the question should i infect others he told me yes there's no other way. He was very rude and refused to give his name he kept quite and continued to keep me on the line for more then 35 minutes.
