I have applied for installation on Dec 17,2020 and got my account number 0020231147351 and also paid on Dec 17,2020 (See attached receipt). The customer service said the refund will take 10 days but until now it still no update and got no refund. We also called the customer service countless times (ticket no. 004614297)
