Delayed of Installation - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I just want to complain about the installation date of the converge internet. It was almost 1 and a half month since we apply then suppose to be september 14 is the installation date but no one calls and update us. There is no assurance about the date of the installation. Pls. Consider about our complain. Because the online class is on going and we need the internet. Thank you
