RUDE LADYGUARD AND UNACCOMODATING STAFF - Consumer Complaint for Puregold - Head Office

Last september 4,2020 ( Friday), I decided to go to PUREGOLD MERCEDES to buy my monthly groceries. I was wearing an eyeshield and facemask that time but unfortunately the ladyguard named MS. G ( I forgot the first name) did not allow me to enter the grocery store because im not wearing a FULL FACE SHIELD and said that is the policy of their store BUT i was very frustrated and angry when i saw a woman exited their store handling a bunch of paper bags wearing the EXACT eye shield i was wearing that time so i approached the ladyguard and she said ' Ayy mam, nakabreak kase ako hindi ako ang nagpapasok nyan.' It was very unfair on my part so i insisted and said i want to talk to a higher position or their manager/supervisor but she keeps on telling me ' Kame po. Kame po ang kausapin nyo nalang'. I decided to comply and bought a full faceshield near their store and fall in line. As i fall in line, a man ahead of me whose wearing a HALF FACE SHIELD was allowed by the SAME ladyguard to enter the store so my anger burst again so i decided to go straight ahead on their customer service section but to my disgrace the woman there did not accomodate my concern immediately and said that her supervisors were to busy to talk and instead handed me a complaint sheet. I am in the field wherein customer satisfaction and good quality of service are the utmost priority and YES i am a frontliner . I think you should emphatize and understand the situation that we have a busy schedule and little time for other stuffs and let us say that is the only time that i have to buy my daily necessities. Please train your guards and other staff to be more vigilant and not to be rude to their customers. I want your necessary sanction for this incident i encountered.
