UNPROFESSIONAL Employee - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

Just want to extend my DISAPPOINTMENT to one of your Employees in Moonwalk-Talon Las Piñas Branch. His name is Charlie.

I arrived before 3PM sa branch.Nakapila kami sa labas kahit sobrang sakit yung sikat ng araw. After an hour of waiting, nakapasok na rin ako sa loob ng branch. I placed the Meralco Bill sa counter then get my money out of my pocket but suddenly, CHARLIE said na may kaangasan," KANINO TO? SAYO TO? WALA NATO CUT-OFF NA". And then Nag next na siya.
So I was like,"Whaaat??? Seriously? After an hour of waiting and standing kahit sobrang init tapo sasabihin lang WALA NA? CUT OFF NA?
Yes given na merong CUT OFF time, pero THEY should have informed us or the People outside na they have cut off time for bills payment or they could have asked us kung sino yung FOR BILLS PAYMENT pra unahin nila. Or simply they should have PUT a SIGNAGE sa Door na , CUT-OFF time for Bills Payment is at 3:00PM only. Pero wala! Ang masaklap pa dun even a single SORRY from that CHARLIE, wala akong nakuha!.
You should not tolerate that kind of behaviour! Sobrang nakaka BASTOS at NAKAKA INSULTO!
Just because I wasn't wearing a fancy clothes or jewelry that day hindi niya ako I- entertain PROFESSIONALLY?????
Of all the LBC branches na napasukan ko, yun lang ang branch na NAMBASTOS sakin!!!


Btw, this incident happened last Week,June 30,2020. I am a single mother and very busy with my work kaya I wasnt able to report this immediately.
