July 3 pinadala sa manila un parcel ko. Then july 9 arrived sa cod exchange. Then until now wala pa din sa branch na dapat pick up ko?? My god anung klaseng service ba kau? Alam ko may mga delay tlga due to pandemic but sobrang tagal na po eh.. en ndi nmn na o mahgpit ngaun sa mga daan.. un pong parcel is badly need asap... ang daming napepending ng dahil sa inyo.. make an action naman po sana. And make an effort na mapadali un service as soon as possible.. haist.. kidly pls be sensitive naman po sana.. kailangn na kailamgn na po un parcel... sana maintndhan nyo nmn po....
