Cancellation not actioned - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

After 6 months of call center's, I'm still no where. Calls emails calls from Customer Care,Retensions and Legal.Vodacom have messed up, which they admit.... and all I hear "they will escalate". I'm applying for a bond, and they say the Vodacom account is an issue on my credit. I've asked to speak to Vodacom management, no body calls. Vodacom is now ruining a life long dream, to own my own home. Do not get a Call Centre Agent to call me, I want to speak to someone senior. Attached I have added just a few of the communications.
