RECIPIENT
PEP STORESI bought a cellphone in and June 2020 at pep Mayville , it broke after 3 months and I returned it. It took 9 weeks a lot of fighting with the employees to get a new phone because they couldn't repair the broken on, two weeks ago the new one broke and guess what? They told me to wait. Apparently pep has no policy on the turn around time for repairs so basically you have to wait for as long as they feel necessary.
