Lack of policy/bad training of employees on shop policies - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

PEP STORESI bought a Stylo cellphone in 2020 at pep Mayville and after a few months it went blank then showed chinese characters, I took it back and did not get a new one for 9 weeks. The new one did the same thing and I took it back, explaining to the manager and asked what remedies do I have because it is the same fault on a different device, I was told to wait for repair, when I asked how long should I wait according to their shop policy I was told that there is no policy and that I have to wait until the phone is repaired and that once it is out of the shop then they can do nothing until they hear from the supplier. I requested a voucher to use to buy a different phone and was told that they don't work that way. I was told that as far as they know I should wait and that there is no time limit to waiting.
