Uro urn - Consumer Complaint for MAKRO - Head Office

MAKRO - Head OfficeGood day, I brought Aro Urn in 2019/07/09,I used it until 03/02/20 went to the store explain that the urn it's not working properly then the store booked it in and it got fixed, receive it on 16/02/2020 as I urgently needed it but to my suprised the urn it's again not working so I needed clarity why it's now again not working as I have asked them why did they give me another one, as the first time was still under guarantee now I don't have the guarantee anymore, reason why I shopped at Marko its a quality but now am very disappointed in this product Wat else should I do as it's doesn't have guaranteed so meaning my money went to the drain??? I could have went to Chinese for a cheaper one yet I went to this big retail but disappointed for my decision, very disappointed in the service and management of the store sales supervisor the first visit of my complain.
