I've opted JNT as a courier for my return item from Lazada and it's a phone worth 12990, May 26 Pumunta ako sa Centro Pacita Laguna Branch to return the item sa Lazada warehouse sa Bicutan, Fastforward, Nag Ship to warehouse na yung status and I expected na Ok naman na lahat, then lumipas na ilang araw at LINGGO yes more than a week na wala pa din update or changes sa return item ko. So I decided to call their branch Last June 4, sabi nila no movement daw and they will investigate and ASAP they will inform me pag may result na. so waiting ako sa tawag after 2days wala padin at tumawag ako ulit which is today June 6, first attempt ko sabi ichecheck at tatawagan ako ulit pero di ako tinawagan, 2nd attempt around 14:20 tumawag ulit ako at sinabi nilang na gagawa nalang sila ng investigation about sa issue, ilang beses na ako nag inquire tapos until now wala padin pala actions. I will blame JNT pag di narefund yung 12990 ko sa phone. I'm also worried na baka sa tagal ng parcel maapektuhan yung return item ko kay lazada at worst thing magkadamage ng malala yung phone. Sana maaksyunan ito bago mapunta sa Legal Process ang Lahat...
