Very very poor services - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Bradlows offers the worst costumer service in the world. We have been waiting for a mattress for 6 months now. Every time I call the manager or go into the store they say they will get back to me. I am still waiting. How difficult can it be to exchange a mattress. I don't even want to give one star. They don't deserve it.
