Vodacom refuses to cancel a contract I gave notice for it to be canceled - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeI had called vodacom on the 25th of may enquring when exactly is my contract ending and I was informed that august was the end month. I asked if I can just notify them that I will no longer be renewing this contract and I was told to call the following month, and I made a call on 16 of July to state that i do not want to continue with the contract once it ended I was told to call beginning of the month of when it expired. when I called I was told I was supposed to give a one month notice I stated that I called several time prior to notice them of not continuing with contract no one took note of that as a notice and the consultant further said he will escalate the matter and it will be investigated and I will be contacted ...I was never called back. around month end of August and beginning of September I called again asking why the contract was not cancelled and why am I being billed...again I was told matter will be escalated and you will get a response to this day I never got a response. but I am still getting calls to upgrade when i said thousand times for you to cancel ...calling vodacom about one issue over and over again is draining and it's a waist of my time and resources i am at the point were I will take legal action against vodacom if this matter is not resolved within the next 5 working days I am very angry and upset about the treatment I am getting towards this whole matter after being a loyal customer for years.below is a screen shot of all the times I called to cancel prior the contract ending I advise you listen to all those conversations of those calls and cancel my contract and refund me for your billing on the month of October.
