I received a text message asking me to pay a certain amount last april. I made a payment but I checked that the account number given to me was a different one. So I call in to make a request for a payment reversal and sent an email. I received a call from converge asking me to pay again so I included her in the email thread. It has been months yet there is no response, no update and I kept on getting notifications. Aug 31, we do not have internet connection and when i call the line it says that my accnt is disconnected. So today, i pay 4,875 and my service is still not restored. I don't get the point of sending you an email request and following up on the same issue FOR MONTHS, yet there is no response. It is a neglect in your part and we are suffering from it!!! Do something on this.
