Failed Delivery Poor Customer Service - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office
RECIPIENT
LBC - Head OfficePinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro Delovery Team. I was waiting for almost 2 weeks to receive my package. I also visited the LBC Hub to check if my package arrive. But then I suddenly got a notification that my package was failed to deliver. I was at my house the whole day. I made sure to INCLUDE my exact address with COMPLETE LANDMARK. But have not see any LBC delivery. I'm so disappointed considering it took a lot of time to receive the package and I was not contacted, NO FORM of communication coming from the PINAMALAYAN delivery team aside that they will deliver and they DID NOT.

Comment Same thing happened here. I waited for over 3 weeks only to find out that my package can no longer be delivered because i refused to accept it daw. How could that be when no one from delivery team appeared in front of me or even made an effort to contact me. Reason: customer reject at doorstep...that's a big lie! I've been waiting for that item because i badly needed it and i already paid for it for faster processing sana. Pero sobrang nakaka-disappoint lang at nakaka-stress. What a poor customer service LBC! And please don't you ever lie...@LBC PINAMALAYAN DELIVERY TEAM
