Clicks FOURWAYS CROSSING - Disgusting service - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

Last week I received a R500 Clicks digital voucher. Upon going to pay for my items at the till the deputy/assistant manager immediately told me they "don't take vouchers" (whilst standing in front of a large poster advertising your digital vouchers, by the way) and just walked away.
I asked her how she comes to this conclusion without even offering a solution or further way to help. I have had trouble with her on previous occasions, as well as find that the majority of staff in that store are uncaring and unmotivated.
Anyway, I had to ask for the manager as well as tell the assistant manager to at least scan or confirm the voucher number to show I'm not scamming them and this is a legitimate voucher.
Eventually the manager of the store came to assist, begrudgingly and called Head Office whilst I did the same. Whilst I was still on the phone to someone to help me confirm this voucher, they carried on with the payment and handed me my products with no further word. I have seen bad service from this store on 3 other occasions and always leave it but not this time. There needs to be a serious staff change because the current employees there make it a terrible experience. Lazy to stock shelves or amend pricing, shitty customer and management service all round. I would also like to point out that when I took the photo below the manager told me I'm not allowed to take photos.FYI the lady in the photo is the assistant manager never willing to help or go extra mile.
