Vodacom - Head OfficeAm very angry and most very disappointed with the service I have got today I have dialed the toll free number and I was transferred to the Robot and keep on sending me same things over and over again this is very bad and unprofessional when I call I need to speak to someone to assist and not frustrate me with a Robot

Comment The robot takes you nowhere , calling 135 doesn't offer you option to speak to consultant,. You almost never get feedback, 4 people will tell you 4 different things. No one cares if you can't tell them how much you recharged or if you used talking points. It's a good reason not to assist you. Try asking for the CEOs contact number. He is unreachable and untouchable. A true company of our time. Steaks your airtime steaks your data and fans can't be reached but takes your mone. Head office resolved 3 qyerues. What is this??? They must resolve 3 per hour. What a tertible example
