Disregard of customer at Vodacom Middleburg Mall Mpumalanga - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

In Sunday 28/02/2021 between 11h00 to 11:11:45 i arrived at the shop waited in line with 2 boys a male employee was attending the que, whilst on the que he asked what services i required today and i told him i wanted itermised biloing fir the past 2 months, he asked me if i was oaying fir such services i said i don't but my late husband also got it for me on a monthly basis and he aaid i should move with the line and i will be attended by a sales agents when it was me turn inwas told to wait for the sales aagebt as they were all attending to customers at tge time and i continued waiting when one of the sales was finished with the customer she was informed by the other employee an old lady that i was there for itermised billing that sales agent didn't even give a response she left for lunch and i continued waiting and the old lody asked anither sales agent attending other customers how she could help me and inly then the ither sales agent responded that i should call a certain number for that and i asked the old lady why the other agents couldn't tell her that in the first place and the responsed from the old lady emplyee was that it doesn't matter and more because she is attending me and ja this is just disturbing to think that 3 employees in the shop find nothing wrong in that kind of attitude towards customers. Thus is not the first time and December 2020 i was turned away at the door apparently they were no longer attending to customers at the time for stock taking purposes but their doors were still open and it was still operating hours, no noted to customers to that effect was displayed.
