Blatantly refusal assist customer! - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I just exited Pep store in President hyper where a female worker there blatantly refused to assist me and my partner. I greeted her 3 times and even waved at her to gesture my greeting before asking for her assistance as she was in the aisle that I was looking for help in. The manager was just as nonchalant about my complaint as her subordinate! I walked out without purchasing anything there because of the cold and rude customer service. PEP CO, PLEASE train your stuff.
