Miss - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Hi my name is Lerato Phinithi I purchased goods in december 2020,from Bradlows in Kwaggasrand shopping center Pretoria,i paid deposit,they took long to deliver the goods,after receiving the goods,I wasn't happy with one item,I returned it,I choose something else,they had to start over with a whole new account,it didn't require the deposit,and they said they will refund me the deposit I paid,now 2021Feb I'm still waiting,I went to the shop I don't how many times,checking with them,on whats the reason I'm not getting my money back,they keep on calling the headoffice but nothing,im even thinking of opening a case on this matter!
