Bad service - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

Good evening Sir/Madam

My name is Shorne Mogale,am from carletonville. Am an Occupational Administrator at Life Mponeng Medical center. I've been buying from clicks carletonville all my life but the service I got today from Eni Moleleki, was the worst service I've ever experienced in my life...it hurts so bad to be treated in that manner yet,am bringing my money every month to clicks,

Today(20/10/20) @ 16:34:40 #9664. I bought eye pencil,mascara,mouthwash and ELGYDIUM TOOTHPASTE which is R71.79,but the sensitive one was priced R44.95, so I tell her,she doesn't even say a word,then she called the tall guy by the name of BAFANA,, he came he went to the shelves and quickly removed the wrong price,I dont know his intentions, but I showed him their mistake, coz I worked at edgar's in 2019 so I know the mark downs and the mistakes that can happen with prices..so Bafana didnt say anything,he went to void and Eni had already put the one toothpaste in my plastic bag, So Bafana put another one in my plastic bag and stupid Eni didnt even notice coz she's so unprofessional ,she didn't even notice ,which is now a stock loss to the company..she just gave me my plastic bag without even looking at me ,to say sorry or thank you

I've been working with people/client's/patients for so many years and I know my rights as a customer,I know customer service as I know my name.. Eni Moleleki Does not have customer service ,I didnt hear her greeting me,she didn't even make an eye contact with me at all,through the whole transaction. She must be taken for training ,coz one day she meet a mystery shopper..

Am going to make her trend on face book ,Instagram and Twitter, she must fall, her bad attitude sucks,and am going to make sure that something is been done,,am not going to be treated like a step child in south Africa ,in my own town..I know my rights,she ruined my day, I work with people, I know the values,mission etc. Of the company, she doesn't not have any of those,she didn't even notice me taking a picture of her, am disgusted by her and how she helped me.Ausi Dikeledi has been working there for years and not even a single day did she give a client/customer a bad service .am so angry
