SAMSUNG SOUND BAR FOR REPAIR - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Hi There, on the 16 December 2020 I bought a Sansui sound bar at Bradlows Thaba Nchu, I used it for about 3 weeks then on the 7th of January I took it back to the store as the bar was not working in the sub woofer, I made several follow ups at the store I was told someone will come and pick it, surprisingly today the sound bar it is still at the store, no one came to get h yet I have being waiting f for almost 3 months to repair it yet I did not use it doe month
