I went to pep Centurion Mall to do 2 sets of laybyes but on different days, went back to collect my laybyes and they managed to find 1, as the other 1 grew legs and walked out the store as nobody knew what happened to it, one lady there told me that she saw one of her male colleague tour the box and when he was asked were are the clothes he said he does not know. Now coming to the 1they found, they tried to release the laybye but it was not showing on their system (what time wasted) told them I'll come back the following day and I everything sorted as I was on lunch going back to work. I went back the following days and they managed to sort out the laybye that was not showing on their system, paid for it and I asked about the missing one and they didn't have it, I was really not happy about that as they told me to pick something from the floor that I wanted to buy. Told them that I did a laybuy to save sizes, best clothes and now the sizes are finished of all the clothes I picked before. I left the shop an unhappy customer as the manager could not assist, also the customer service department.to make things worse as I was leaving the store on the Mall passage I saw a pep slip on the floor, something told me to pick it up and guess what it was my laybye slip with my signature, id number, address, contact details the works and that slip was supposed to be in the shop as I had my customer slip. So someone could have use My id number Forged my signature to do fraudulent activity with my name or even worse still my money from my account.
