Incorrect fibre billing - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Why did vodacom debit me R3200 from a normal debit order of R1200 per month. When i called to query it i was informed that it is my fibre..generally i pay R650 for fibre but in march my debit order is R1900 just for fibre. On the 22 March i called for a refund and i am still waiting and practically begging vodacom for my money. They are not thinking that i have other bills and priorities that i need to take care of. I call this stupid 0821904 number every single day and every day i get the same feedback they are processing your refund,How long must i wait for my money back or do you want me to reverse this debit order myself so you can ask me to pay you arrears money?
