I bought school uniform for my child at pep store. Now I need to exchange the tshirts because he is changing the school. So I went to pep at mega mart to do exchange..I explained to the manager that I lost the receipt..I looked everywhere but I can't find it..she told me that she won't assist me because I don't have the receipt..I don't have money to buy another school uniform.i even call the customer care but I didn't get help.
Please help me..what should i do

Comment I want to exchange a track pants as well at pep ilanga mall they couldn't assist me and the customer care office wasn't that helpful the lady Was so mean
