Installation of my internet - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I have waited for months now still no updates for my internet my daughter needs it for her online class this oct.. ive applied and paid you aug 8 but still no response and updates have been calling your customer service but it took a long time for them to answer the phone and put me on hold as well ..can you please update if you would still install or just give my money back instead.
