I have had internet for about three years or more, I have yet to see what I am paying for. It barely works, days go by no internet and whenever you call customer care or Mr. Sinclair all you get are promises of a technician and I am yet to see one. No technician comes,Your days are not being reimbursed. I have paid my bill on the 29th of January 2021 and from then untill now it goes away every morning from 8am-4pm or longer and for the pass 3 days I have had no internet what so ever, customer care and Mr. Sinclair has been contacted numerous times still nothing.
