Had pay for chronic - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

On the 13th of January 2021 and I went to fetch my chronic medication and was told that the Medical Aid were not going to pay for it because it was 2 days early. The tablets are for 28 days not 30. I then phoned the Medical Aid and they said they did pay Clicks Shelly Beach back the money's on the 27th of January 2021 and I have to go back and they have to refund me.I went to the store on Wednesday the 3rd of February and they could not work out what to do. So they gave me another doses of tablet for free, but in the meantime I still paid for my tablets and no refund. I am not happy with the service because they really did not know what to do. I told them phone the Medical Aid and they where not interested. I phoned the medical 3 times for the problem myself.

I just wanted to know if you are going to follow this up with Clicks Shelly Beach. I would really like my money back.
