PAYMENT NOT POSTED - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Until now I didn't receive an answer. I submitted this complaint a month ago and sent proof of payment but no longer heard from Converge. It's very hard to get in touch with a customer service. The speed is 25 mbps but not consistent. Intermittent connection to no internet. Converge is also billing us in advance. The month has not yet ended but the bill is ready. I demand a month of free service as it was disconnected due to payment not posted.
