No internet today - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Last week our internet was intermittent fluctuating and often no internet for several hours but today we don’t have any internet at all, when can this be fixed ?, it is being used for online schooling for my son and daughter, please inform when there will be no internet so we are prepare to find a solution. I need tomorrow for my children schooling
