3 weeks of slow and intermittent connection..Customer service never provide an immediate resolution.Whereas they only created numerous new ticket on every call made.Promised to have a technician to come and fixed but never came.Crappy service.and never got any adjustment on the day they have an outage..As per ivr for almost 3 weeks of hearing outage in our city.They never tend to resolve it..
