I bought a bus ticket online on translux website but the page where I'm supposed to print the ticket after payment gives an error. This is bad service now I lost my money.

So disappointed in the service the drivers treating people like they didn't buy tickets no toilets and the the drivers dnt allow people to urinate at the garage while stopping it was my first time using this bus and it was my last time....
