Not stopping my contract 6 months after my 2yr contract finished. - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

6 months after my contract finished, the main phone was stopped, but not the 2nd one.After numerous calls to Call Centre and unsuccessful visits to Vodacom stores, no luck. According to staff ,they are not the ones responsible for cancellations ,as they only a franchise. The Call Centre staff promise to have the 2nd phone cancelled and even my money refunded.I have reached boiling point now ,because I am being done in ,people are not doing what they getting payed for.
