Item not delivered - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I went to LBC Antipolo to send my item in Batangas.I am not happy with the service that you provided.It's been 2 weeks since My parcel was not being delivered. It was My niece cellphone that he needs to use for school which already started two weeks ago and My niece was not able to attend classes because of that. His attendance from school has been compromised.I tried to call your hotline before and there is no one answering my call My 200 pesos load has been used without me talking to your customer service representative. I also tried to escalate it using your facebook account but it did not work. After a week a send an email to customer care email address.They replied to me saying the delivery address was not serviceable which I don't understand why since other courier can reach the location. Now I was ask to go back to the branch where I forward it to request to change the pick up location since the Item was transfered to Bolbok Batangas Branch which is to far from my niece location. I wasted my time going back to your branch to request the item to be pick up in Cuenca Branch and they said I can track the package from your website but there is no update. Again I visited back your Branch in Antipolo to make a follow up and now I still haven't heard anything from you. I am very dissappointed. If you don't want me to tell everyone how bad the delivery service I received from you make sure that you where able to fix my issue.
