Good day,

mag rerequest po sana ako for refund ng downpayment ko .nag punta today yung mag iinstall ng converge ang sabi wala na daw slot?how come?Pano nangyari yun eh na approved ako and nakapag down?...antagal ko pong naghintay tapos wala din pla...OMG! umaasa ako sa wala...yung agent ko hindi ko na ma kontak.

kindly refund nlng po ng 1,500 na binayaran ko for downpayment...salamat

I have the same issue and til now wala pa rin silang action. Im planning to file the a legal action to think na hindi Lang pala sa akin nangyari. I just want to have someone who has the same issue to back me up. You can email me [email protected]

Same din po sa akin, binlock pa ako nung agent, wala rin mkausap sa hotline nila

I think we should lodge a complaint with the concerned government agency there is no way to get in touch with them. Same complaint here. Cannot be reached ang hotlines, if you email their customer service it will just bounced.
