I contacted Foodpanda Live chat to complaint about the order I received. I ordered a Grabde and I receive a regular size. I wanted to have it resolved and get my money back for the upgrade I paid for. The agent told me that someone will call me or email me but I never receive any. The fault of your partner is not my fault abd I have to get my money back as it is mine. Also, the agent disconnect me after asking to speak to a manager.
