Incorrect upgrade - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Second time had a problem with an upgrade. This is for wifi. Was on 30+30 which contract was ending & was going to revert back to 30 as other was bonus. They called &after discussion as I could go to another service provider & get a good deal. Vodacom then offered 60GB anytime & 60 night. 1st April found my upgrade says 30GB???incorrect. Why would I agree to less than what I've had!!complaint refRCO115408.wifi no 0662688639 cell 0731587934 can it be speeded up as they take forever with investigations and I'm quite fed up now
