UNACCEPTABLE MISLEADING SERVICE - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

On 19 February i was called by vodacom offering me an upgrade on my number 0824159560. I wasnt keen at that point as i was considering cancelling my contract next month when contract expires. But i decided to accept the upgrade as salesman Wilson was quite helpful.
I also told him i dont want to wait then if i decide to take up offer. He confirmed to me that the specific Huawei P30 Pro was available also detailing 80 units and 30 SOMETHING respectively of Aurora and Breathing crystal. I was quite happy at that point.
On 20 November i was called by confirmation department and i did confirmation and ask that vodacom agent again if both my products are available,on wich i was told yes i can expect it in 3 working days.
Later afternoon on 20 November i called and asked for a tracking or reference number where i was told my upgrade was on backorder and they dont know when i will receive it. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
After long and numerous calls and departments i spoke to Palesa from upgrades where i voiced my unhappiness. She promised me that Supervisor Adrian or Gibi will call me back. Needless to say i never received that callback.
Then i was referred to retensions where i spoke to Innocentia wich told me there is no stock available and she also cannot cancel my upgrade request and need to request it ,reference 1/34842255730372.
I want to put it to u that Vodacom misled me to understand the stock is available to do the deal OR u are so unprofessional that u dont know what is happening in your own company. (a Telkom like experience)
I EXPEXT THE FOLLOWING
1. TO IMMEDIATELY CANCELL MY UPGRADE REQUEST BECAUSE AFTER 24 YEARS AS A LOYAL CLIENT I DONT WANT TO HAVE ANY THING TO DO WITH U ANYMORE
I WILL ALSO PREMATURELY CANCELL MY OTHER 5 CONTRACTS AS WELL
2. WANT TO REMIND U ABOUT A LYING AGENT WHO ALSO CALLED ME EARLIER THIS YEAR WITH MISLEADING INFORMATION WICH I DISPUTED AND U CORRECTED IT
3. WANT U TO KNOW THAT I SEE U AS UNPROFESSIONAL AND MISLEADING AS THIS IS MY SECOND EXPERIENCE AS MENTIONED
4.TO KNOW I WILL MAKE AN ISSUE OF THIS BEHAVIOUR THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS AND NEWS AGENCIES AS PEOPLE HAS TO BE AWARE OF YOUR ONLINE TEAMS BEHAVIOUR.
PLEASE ESCALATE THIS EMAIL TO YOUR COMPLAINTS AGAINST VODACOM- RESPONSIBLE DEPARTMENT
ALSO IMMEDIATELY CONFIRM UPGRADE CANCELLATION
