I was expecting a parcel in LBC Paliparan 3 Branch in Dasmariñas City and waited for confirmation that it arrived in the said branch. And on JULY 15, I received a message from lbc express saying that i can pick up the parcel. I went at the branch JULY 16 Jn the afternoon and was entertained by this staff and said he cannot see my parcel and probably the warehouse had done wrong tagging. I told him to message me once it is sure that my package is ready for pick up. But I initially complain on him that why would a text reach me saying that its already in the branch though it’s not. So I went home without the parcel and wasting my time and money because the branch is one ride away from us. Then trying my luck again to get my parcel though the staff didn’t text me yet, i came at the branch again on July 19 before lunch. I asked if my parcel came on the same lbc staff and seen it personally on the pile of boxes outside the cashiers’ window. I asked this staff why he didn’t bother texting me while he committed to text if my parcel already arrived. He was very inconsiderate pa that he wanted me to take the last number of waiting customers. And he didn’t consider the inconvenience brought about by the inavailability of my parcel on July 16. And sarcastically said on my face “pumila ka at nakakahiya sa mga nakapila” and so i said “sa akin hndi ka nahiya?” And he never entertained me again. Giving ne an insulting look pa which I think I don’t deserve.
I’m filing this complaint for that staff, I didn’t get his name but I’m sure you can track it with the schedule of his duty at the branch and photo that i will attach in here. Your staff should have given the consideration I deserve and that’s because I’m exposed with people at branch several times and given this pandemic and the waste of time and money this incident cost me.
Poor customer service indeed!
