Re-connection - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

After paying R 6 400.00 on my account on monday 30 November 2020, my line is still not re-connected. Everytime I phone customer care I was told to wait 2-3 hours, but sadly nothing. Today is 7 December 2020.
