DELAYED/UNRESPONSIVE/INCOMPETENT - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I am beyond disappointed that my parcels have not been delivered for almost 3 weeks now. I know we have a pandemic but the other couriers are doing their best to deliver the parcels on time or at least 2-3 days late. But LBC? nah, very incompetent. Their system is not updated and they are giving us robot agents. Stop fooling us around LBC.
