TOOK TOO LONG TO DELIVER - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

I have been waiting for my order for almost 2 weeks already and yet i still haven't received my parcel. The last i heard about it is atleast a week ago and it still has no movement. When i talked to shoppee agents they said that it is out for delivery today, but after talking to them again after not being able to recieved it, they said that it is still in Calamba and has no movement for 8 days. The shoppee agents said that they weren't lying and were inly telling the information given by the J&T team. And as of now i still haven't received anything and i am now certain that they have lost my parcel.
