FALSE UPGRADE INFORMATION YOUR WEBSITE - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I upgraded two of my contracts on the 2 April online where it stated that the Iphone 12 mini was free and included was an apple watch. I received confirmation email confirming the total cost of the contract emails attached. The following morning I received sms with completely different amounts and when I called to confirm why there was a difference I was told that the website did not include a monthly subscription fee. Honestly if the website was wrong, the email confirmation should have disclosed the correct information. If the confirmation email stated the total cost was a certain amount, Vodacom can not go and change the amounts a day letter. That is not full disclosure. As per the National Credit Act Vodacom has an obligation to honour the price that was confirmed in writing.

I expect some to be in touch with me and I expect Vodacom to honour the upgrade contracts as per the attached.
