Billing - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I had a 24 months data contract with vodacom, when I saw it's coming to an end.i phoned vodacom agent to assist me in maintaining my discount which I was promised would happen. I then also upgraded before the first of this month so that i am in the safe side . To my surprise the upgrade did not go through this months and I'm to pay double of what I was paying last month. Today the 7th I called vodacom and they r moving me from 1 help desk to another and are very rude to me..I'm so exhausted ...you can call me, I can re-explain my story
