I'm am writing this as my last resort to seek for help as I have exhausted the vodacom consultants who have showed me no joy and never did their job. After this I will have to seek the legal route.
I had a contract with vodacom which ended in May 2020. In August I decided to cancel my contract to which the consultant told me they are canceling. I called again in September seeing nothing was done and the consultant told me the person did not do it. Again I was told it's now cancelled.I saw another billing I called again. The third consultant told me it says cancelation pending. He told me he is going to cancel it. And I told him I was now tired of you guys saying this all the time. I have lost money for past two month getting billed after been told its cancelled. He told me his doing it. I told him am I doing to be billed as it's error on your side. He told me he will write a note and my money will be reversed since he can see that I did call for cancelation which were not done.My money got deducted and no reversal. I ended up putting it upon myself to reverse. Until vodacom called me to say my account is in errors coz I did not pay. I explained the story I'm taken pillar to post. Vodacom has been eating my money from August without canceling. Why should the customer suffer for the incompetence of the employees. From August till November you are still deducting. And no one gives me help. They will lie and say when I drop I will get a reference which I never got up until today.
The number I'm quiting is 0662336951 and My ID is 9009180965081. Please listen to all the recordings and tell me if it's fair how long I have been canceling. I want my refund. Because even this month they are deducting.
I will have to take legal root since vodacom now it's stealing from me. I'm really tired now it must stop. I need my refund. You always say you recording can I please have the records.
