My friend was admitted in hospital and immediately their number was swaped whilst in theater and his WhatsApp changed. He sent a message requesting money from me which I gave him to withdraw at the ATM unbeknown to me that they were in hospital.
I want a refund from Vodacom how could they allow a sim to be swaped without owner approval?
Or should I take legal action if I can't be helped by Vodacom.
