Data just vanished - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

We received the mobile router on 2 Feb 2021. Today,12 Feb all 20gig data is finished. My husband and are don't use much data. Called customer care and lady assured me I can switch router on after half an hour and everything would be fine. Nothing. I called again and guy tells me he cant see what happened to the data. I must wait 3 days. Unbelievable!!! This is ridiculous and daylight robbery. I had to pay R500 for 10gigs now just to have access to internet. Ridiculous!!! Ref nr of last call 1-34910997261418

After my complaint I received the remainder of my data. I am satisfied now but hope that it'll never happen again.
