Delayed installation been waiting for 2 months already - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I paid installation fee last sept 16 and was advised installation will take 4 weeks. After a month, converge sent someone to try to install their service but wasn't able to because the port near my area is still not activated by Converge and that was 3 weeks ago. I am filing this complain as I've been calling every 3 - 4 days since mid October and was promised that they will just turn the port on and install the service. I've been spending my time to follow up and call and all I get was a lie saying my ticket will be prioritized but I never received a call or email from them.
